1. Place Baker Buddy over any sized mixing bowl.
2. Select your favorite recipe card and insert in the conveniently located holder.
3. Measure each ingredient and tilt into the bowl. Don't worry, you can't over measure! 
4. Don't forget to use the over-the-bowl egg and butter cutter. 
5. The included trash can and two spoon holders keep your counter top mess-free.
